This article was written in 2002 for OBJETUAL, a portal dedicated to design topics in Venezuela, which I co–founded with Venezuelan graphic designer Jacinto Salcedo.
In 2023, as part of a project to recover the historical archive of this publication, Venezuelan designer Faride Mereb, based in New York, led the creation of the OBJETUAL Archive 2002–2007, where this article has been brought back to light.
